Dota2 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, particularly before processing high-value withdrawal requests or when suspicious activity is detected in an account.
Required documents may include a copy of your identity card, bank statement, or proof of current address. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension until verification is complete.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the dota2 platform responsibly and to comply with all applicable rules. The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate action, including account closure without a refund:

- Attempting to hack, breach, or compromise the security of the dota2 system.
- Using unauthorised payment methods or funds derived from illegal activities.

Dota2 reserves the right to pursue legal action against any user found to be engaged in illegal activities or in violation of this platform's terms of use.
4. Payment Information & Transaction Policy
Deposits, Withdrawals & Currency
All transactions on the dota2 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform does not accept transactions in foreign currencies. Any exchange rates or additional fees charged by third-party payment providers are beyond dota2's control and are the user's sole responsibility.
Dota2 accepts Malaysian local payment methods including TNG eWallet and bank transfers via licensed financial institutions. Users are responsible for ensuring that any registered bank account is held in their own name — withdrawals to third-party bank accounts are not permitted.
Approved withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stated on the platform. However, dota2 reserves the right to place a hold on any withdrawal for security review or compliance purposes. Users are not entitled to claim damages arising from reasonable delays in such circumstances.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
All bonuses, cashback, and promotions offered by dota2 are subject to their respective specific terms. Rollover requirements, validity periods, and bonus withdrawal limits will be stated in the terms of each individual promotion.
Dota2 reserves the right to void any bonus or winnings obtained through dishonest means, including the exploitation of loopholes in the promotions system. dota2's decisions on all bonus-related matters are final.
5. Liability Limits & Account Suspension Policy
dota2 Liability Limits
To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, dota2 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users arising from the use of, or inability to use, this platform.
Dota2 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Maintenance work, system updates, or circumstances beyond our control may render the platform inaccessible for certain periods. No compensation will be provided for such interruptions.
Account Suspension & Closure
Dota2 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account, whether temporarily or permanently, on the following grounds: breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, a request by law enforcement authorities, or at the absolute discretion of management.
In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, any outstanding account balance may be withheld pending the completion of an investigation. If no fraud is confirmed, the eligible balance will be returned via the original payment method within the stipulated timeframe.
